As you may have heard, we’re looking for a project manager to help Team Goddess carry out some amazing things in the new year.

1. This is a position that is CONTRACT and part-time to start, with a growth path of FULL-TIME employee. 
2. We are NOT looking for a multi-person team. Individuals only.
3. While the key role of the Project Manager will be to make sure that stuff gets done, this person will be expected to act as a “doer.”  In addition to project management and communication skills, you must have the techie skills (1SC, Aweber, WordPress, HTML, NING) to act as a backup for basic internet marketing tasks.
4. You do not need to be in the Pacific Time Zone to be considered; however you MUST be in North America and MUST available during normal biz hours, 9am – 5pm, PT.  No exceptions.
5. You gotta LOVE OUR PEEPS!  The women and men of the Marketing Goddess community are the heart and soul of this business.  You must be excited about supporting and empowering spiritual women in their entrepreneurial growth.

Let me share how it all started… (it’s a great story, actually – I think you’ll appreciate this!)

It’s no secret that many women in business are overworked, overwhelmed, and burnt out.  Creating a business takes a lot of focus, drive and inner resources that are more masculine in nature.  (That’s neither good nor bad – it’s just energetic.)

Problem is, hanging out in this masculine energetic space all the time leaves women disconnected from their Feminine, tired, drained and deeply unsatisfied.

I know because that’s exactly what happened to me.  I had completely immersed myself in the hardcore internet marketing world, trying to learn what I needed to learn to get my business going.  And while I enjoyed it (and still do!)… something was “off.”  But I couldn’t for the life of me figure out what it was.

My wake-up call came at a workshop.  (Ever been to one like that?)

At that time, I had been going in circles in my business for far too long… I was starting to get clients and make some mo’ney, but… it felt like I was pushing a boulder uphill, you know?

So I went to this workshop, not knowing what to expect.  The workshop title said something about a “spa day” and I’m thinking, okay, cool, I could use a little pampering.

Let me tell you – I had NO idea what I was in for!

When the leader came out, I was floored… she was completely radiant… comfortable in her own skin… firmly in her power.

I literally thought, “Holy crap… I want that.” (Yes, I’m being really transparent here!)

Now here’s the thing….

What she said when she first spoke are words I still remember over 2 and a half years later… and they’re words I’ll never forget.

Those words set me on a journey… to figure out how to “do business” in a new way that was authentic to me… that got my purpose into the world in a BIG way (which of course includes a big income – 6-figures-plus)… and that wouldn’t cost me my Feminine essence.

I’m sharing my 5 best secrets to get new ideal clients this month!

You’ve probably heard that if you want to get clients,  you must get clear on WHO you serve and WHAT problem you solve.  (In other words, choose a niche.)

Problem is, for most spiritual solopreneurs, the whole niche thing creates all sorts of drama.

“But… what I do is deep.  Like, really deep.   It can’t be put into words!”
“But… I help people with so many different problems.  I don’t want to limit myself or turn anyone away.”
“But… I have so many passions.  I want to bring them all together.”
“But… if I choose a niche, I’ll be stuck with it forever and ever.  Argh!”

Sound familiar?  Guess what – every single one of these has come up for me at some point or another!  (Especially those last two. )

Now, while I wouldn’t be the 6-figure coach you expect me to be if I said you can just ignore the whole niche thing (you can’t), I do have some pretty sweet news.

You DON’T have to give up what’s important to you.

You DON’T have to box yourself in forever and ever, amen.

You DON’T have to turn people away.  (Unless they’re not right for you – the Divine Feminine Gift of Boundaries in action.)

You DON’T even have to choose your niche to get clients!  (Halellujah!)

Here’s what you DO need to do…

You simply have to make a decision (i.e., choose your WHO and your WHAT) for the duration of your 30-day “get clients” campaign.
